My name is Krystal Herring, LCSW-C

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a heart for helping individuals and families find healing, hope, and restoration through Christ-centered counseling. I believe true healing addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and that faith can be a powerful foundation in the therapeutic process.

My work is grounded in both professional clinical training and biblical truth. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with Christian principles, offering a safe and supportive space where clients can explore life’s challenges while deepening their relationship with God. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, or spiritual questions, you do not have to walk through it alone.

I am especially passionate about helping clients break free from cycles of shame, fear, and emotional pain, and guiding them toward renewed identity, purpose, and peace. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized—meeting you where you are and honoring your unique story.
